Refunds or Exchanges
We guarantee your items to be in perfect condition unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. In the event that a boxed item is found to have damages, a full refund will be issued if the damage is reported within 24 hours of you picking up your purchase. Items that are picked up from our warehouse that are found not to fit in the customers home, are unfortunately not returnable. If items are being delivered, damages must be reported at the time of delivery in order to receive a refund or exchange. If the item being delivered is unable to fit in your home, a 25% restocking fee plus the original delivery charge will be assessed before instore credit is issued. We ask customers to do their due diligence to ensure the items being purchased will work in their spaces prior to purchasing. All Sales are otherwise final once items leave our warehouse.
