Delivery Policy
Delivery Rates are not paid online, but paid in full directly with the Delivery Service. We will reach out to you after your order is placed to confirm the shipping rates associated with your order. All rates include full set up of all items purchased.
Any damages must be reported at the time of delivery in order to receive a refund or exchange. If the item being delivered is unable to fit in your home, a 25% restocking fee plus the original delivery charge will be assessed before instore credit is issued. We ask customers to do their due diligence to ensure the items being purchased will work in their spaces prior to purchasing. All Sales are otherwise final once items leave our warehouse.
